Our Landscape Gardening Process
From consultation to design to construction
Consultation
A site consultation will involve an informal visit to discuss your garden requirements with an in-depth discussion to determine the type and style of garden you require. We will offer advice on design along with material choice, lighting and planting style. You can also view examples from our extensive portfolio and discuss any ideas you may wish to include in your new garden.
Design Plans
Following the initial consultation, we offer a design service to help create the best use of space for your garden, whether it be a small city courtyard, roof terrace or traditional family garden. We design in CAD (computer aided design) which gives the client freedom to view their garden from any angle possible, offering advantages over traditional design. Layout visuals are presented along with material samples to help you visualise your gardens full potential. Once these have been discussed and agreed the full design will then be drawn up. Your design is unique and tailored to suit your specific requirements and needs and is a one off.
Postal Design
We will always prefer to visit your garden personally, but sometimes this is not possible as the distance to travel will be too great. This is where we can offer a postal design service which allows us to design gardens nationwide. Please enquire for more details.
Construction
We will provide you with different material samples for your proposed design together with an itemised cost to build your garden. We have expert knowledge of the materials we use and our in house landscapers will then carefully construct your new garden with fine attention to detail. I personally manage the whole project for you which will involve sourcing and ordering of all materials, organising a schedule of works and arranging for any additional contractors if necessary. With over twenty years of on-site experience Paul Newman Landscapes can make sure the whole project runs smoothly.
